Europe 2005
In October 2005, after years of planning, we undertook a trip of Europe. I had been to Europe before as a teenager in a guided bus tour; however, this time I wanted to have the freedom to go where I wanted when I wanted and take the time to experience the culture. We decided to rent a campervan and spend a month travelling around, staying at campgrounds and taking mass transit into the cities.
The following pages are part of an earlier blog that we started while we were still in Europe. They tell the account of our adventures during the trip and contain practical information that other would be European campervan travellers may find useful.
